GERD problem
My son 17 yr old is having gerd prob since 9 months..having flatulence, indigestion, motions which is controlled 70 percent, chest burn,  lower abdomen pain... Used pantodoc few months initially... Four months back underwent deviated nasal septum of nose operation... At present again suffering from gerd symptoms a lot... Pl suggest best diet to follow regularly...

Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Avoid animal source foods. Avoiding stress, staying happy, doing PHYSICAL activity helps. Medicines should be taken to prevent reflux to avoid serious complications.
