Fistula in anus
I have a fistula from 1 year.But i do not have any pain.But I have gas problem and when I eat some peanut and other hot thing then boils or furuncle size increase but after some time it become hard at same as before .No other problem I have .I want to know which therapy is best for this disease and at low cost.I am not employed yet i am studying yet.

VISIT A GENERAL OR COLORECTAL SURGEON.
INCREASE AND DECREASE in fistula is common.
Do sits baths with added Antibiotics in it.
The only TREATMENT of FISTULA is by some intervention like surgery etc.
Mri may be needed.

Detail symptoms and Proper examination is required. fistula is totally different from furuncle no need to panic can be simple problem
