Hi , I have attached the image near ass, please suggest me it's pile or something else. I am afraid about that . I got blood in stool and on tissue paper.

From two days don't feel like eating anything or doing anything and too much of gas formation in stomach and stomach feels full and heavy  even without eating much with dry nose getting blocked and sometimes smells of dry sand and sometimes feels a bit dizzy. Is this symptoms comman or should I consider doctor immediately?

Everytime I sneeze, I get bubbling sensation (feels like heartbeat) for few seconds at the center of rib cage and near the mesh. Today, it is the 6th day after surgery. Is this a problem? Please guide. Thank you.

Hello doctor. My doctor advised econorm sachet for 3days. I want to know how to use it. It comes with joined 2 sachets and written in the pack to take 2 sachet as one time dose. So please advise one or two sachets are ti be used.

Hello sir m suffering from gerd from 20year's now m taking PPI every day ...n I changed my life style but its not working...when I eat food I feel It stuck in throat...some Dr suggest me for surgery and some Dr says no need for surgery some time sergury not work ...m confused m living my life along with gerd its ruined my life...please suggest me sir if sergury is the permanent solution m ready for this please reply me sir
