Hi mam/sir I have gastric plus digestion problem. I am not eating more even though my stomach looks like belly and no comfort. Please give any solution.

From five to six days i have severe stomach pain after taking some antacids its reducing the pain but now also i have a dull pain with burning sensation. Before 1 day i go for washroom to do toilet at afternoon. I notice there was a light green colour stool was their... Is any bacteria was there in my stomach. I have past GERD problem but now the symptoms not occur. But have a stomach pain from five days.

I am leaving in a remote are here good doctors are not available. I meat a local doctor regarding my fissure problem and he gave me Ethrom-500mg and Ranitidine hydrochloride- 150 mg and a pain killer he did not gave me any oinment to apply on affected area. Should I take these medicines which I think is for the treatment of ulcer.
