Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I am facing chest pain in right side lower part since 1 and half years. I visit the doctor minglani. The pain was like heart beat in right lower chest. Doctor said it can be some infection and he recommend me some expensive medicine for 2-3 month which I completed. After few month it felt again the same after having meal the chest pain like heart beat start in right side then I change the doctor in metro hospital he also recommend me some expensive medicine for continue but did not tell the problem. I took medicine continue for 2 months and leave it. It has been around 9 months. Now my chest pain again but now it's like someone putting niddle when I take breath. I am very tense and don't understand why it is happening and why doctors don't  tell the problems exactly.. I am stressed for this reason. Pls suggest what problem can cause this issue

From past few weeks whenever I drink a 400 ml coca cola , after that I have to poop and the stool is not liquid but not solid either , is it bcz I am having 2-3 400ml coca cola every day ? Or something else ? As I have no other symptoms like tiredness , fever , nausea and all . The colour stool is dark yellow but it's in bits not like solid , please help

I am consuming alcohol from the past 10 years but recently I am suffering from a very weird problem. After having 2 legs or some beer, my eyes become red, some parts pains a lot like they are shrinking, sudden shortness in breathing like asthma and stomach feels like full with a lot of burping. I have taken PPIs and H2 Blockers but after sometime this again comes back. Please help with a permanent remedy to this problem.

I had hard bowel for few days and then I realised that I have a small Hemorrhoid which is pink in colour took place next to my rectum. Now my bowel movement is fine however it's been more than 10days but it's still there. I feel discomfort and itchiness all the time at that place. Is this serious? What should I do.Please advise.i have attached a picture of the same as well.

Hi sir i suffering chronic pancreatitis last 8 -9 month first my hemoglobin 12.1.after 2-3 months i taking ayurvedic treatment hemoglobin increase 14.2 and now drop 11.2.iwant to the reason whay?

I feel hungry but dont feel like eating, I get vomiting sensation while eating(be it any food) sometimes to food smell. Not sure if it's due to gastric or some other reason

Since this morning, I am having a feeling that food is stuck in throat/esophagus. Also, since this morning I am having gastric and I have been burping many times. Is this because of gastric or is it something serious?

I have had constipation since a long time. I'm heavily dependent on laxatives. I'm unmarried and I have had pcod also and currently on glycomet sr 500mg twice. Sometimes I feel striking pain in my lower abdomen while passing urine/gas or stool. It's been there since a long time. And for constipation how much ever I drink water it doesn't resolve, I always feel dry mouth. Is it Interinterstitial cystitis? I underwent colonoscopy also it's normal. I was tested +ve for H pylori infection for which I underwent medication. My belly gets swollen for no reason at times. I regularly workout and maintain a diet.

I am 28 years old , I have pain in upper stomach & lower right side of the abdomen. Having watery stool from last 2 months .
