Stomach Problems & Remedies

My wife has tight motion problem. When she took medicine, problem gets away but after some time usually a month again she gets same problem . She has no any other health issue except this . Doctor says it is lifestyle problem. Medicines does not cure permanently. What should we include in our food to get rid of this problem permanently.

I am suffering from corporal gastritis and on antibiotic course for 14 days. Can I drink coconut water, banana and half cup tea 2 times. Are these safe ?

Having pain/cramp in stomach in every 30-40 mins. Need to go to toilet. Amount of stool is very less with blood and mucus in it. Suffering from this condition since 7 days. Having khichdi, curd, bananas in meal. Also consulted a general physician, had some medicines for 5 days.
