If a person has anemia then it is not possible to have ibs? always feels like i have to poo and I have anemia too

I Have been having lower left abdominal pain since long its not presistent but when i eat something heavy i get mild pain on left side only which feels like period cramps. plus My stools are always in small pieces and i suffer from gas too soon
