Stomach Problems & Remedies

Since last few days like week having lots of gases issues.My meal timings are not proper. Taking late dinner. Yesterday took dinner very late after 11.00 pm  had little dal n rice only and little gajar halwa home made.  Very less quantity.  After that felt fullness in epigastric area. Did not slept immediately, was wake up till almost 2 hrs.  When slept felt better. But when I got up today morning,  could feel  small pain due to gases and can feel  gases,like bloating.  Still  feel gases is giving small pain and due to this not has any meal today. Since morning had 2 glass nimbu sharbat, and 1 Banana till now.  Want to get rid of this ,wanto feel free.  Not got my period since 1 moth and sleep pattern is distributed since almost a month now. Pls suggest something for gases mainly.

Hlo! This is my old colonoscopy report from around 1.5 years ago.. That time I was given mesamaline to control rectal bleeding n doctor decided to do follow up sigmoidoscopy after 2 years.. It is to be done in august so seeking opinion about it.. Does SRUS stay lifelong even if no bleeding? I used to use fingers for defecation for years.... Plz also inform if SRUS leads to cancer later on even if I stopped using fingers I have no symptoms except pain during bowel movements ( no bleeding or constipation)

I am having digestive problem from last 2 years. I burp a lot. And feel heavy in stomach.USG,endoscopy , colonoscopy blood test all normal. But today I have done USG again and one small polyp of 2.7 mm discovered. Is it related to my issue and any complication with polyp.
