Dear Dr My mother is 55 years old  had vertigo like issue since July 2020 Lost more than 10 kg in 6-8 months .she is 50 now .her weight was 65 Also it came out to be spondylosis Besides got Covid in Dec 2020 and had taken lot of medicine She is thalassemia minor. Takes only BP medicine temsiam 40 Sometimes takes folinext and sometimes zincovit In 2015 had menopause but previous to this always got hot flushes Current issue: From Jan 3 has severe acidity and acid reflux Also getting chills and sweating too Attached is her latest report Please advise what is issue as I'm not able to figure out

I am having stomach bloating with gastric issues since past few years. Even if I am eating very less, I always feel full specially after eating rice. Also, I get major gastric issues.  Can someone please recommend any medication so I can get some relief and fit into my old clothes. Thanks in advance.

I am 28 years old. since last 5 days I take  mahasef 200 Mg antibiotic medicine for swollon lymp node. Now from yesterday I feel left or right side pain in stomach, lungs and inside rib cage while I am deep  breathing or yawning. Normal breathing don't get any problem. Why this happened ? Please suggest

He feels mouth sticky , swallowing problem, cant take medicines with water , chest congested after food .legs stiff not able to walk long .

Hello Doctor, i get acid reflux even after drinking water, what should i do ? This happens irrespective of whether i have eaten before or not ?

From last 3-4months after eating any thing I feel good but after 2hours when I drinking water I feel uneasy and feel urge to bathroom. Problem get worse when eat oily spicy food/ dairy products / alcohol. My stools also have some time foam/jelly type white liquid. Please suggest proper cure for the same.

Hello doctor, my mother is vomiting yellowish fluid. We have seen a local doctor, prescribed vomiting tablet, gave iv injection. First day she had 6-8 times vomitings. Yesterday and today she vomited once or twice. All routine test reports came normal. Kidneys are fine, so are sugar levels. What could be the reason? Why vomiting is yellowish all the time. Please give your valuable inputs. Thank you

How long does it take to bring Uric Acid level to Normal currently it is 8.66 with no Gout. It is hogh but I want to bring it lower
