Left side pain just above pelvic bone

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have been having left sided mild cramps just above pelvic bone very mild comes and goes from year . it mostly occurs after eating. also i have stool in soft peices. i also get gas very soon and cannot digest outside de foods. cramping and diarreah worsens during periods. also found some white loose muscus in stool once
