Burning sensation just under the ribs
My friend is suffering from a burning sensation just under his ribs . This sensation is making him feel like vomiting and going for frequent bowel movement even though that's not happening. He cannot eat much food and it's been there for almost 2 days. This sensation is increasing when he's laying down . Even when he's drinking water he's feeling uneasy and feels like vomiting. Also sometimes he's having a mild shortness of breath

Looks like gastritis or associated symptoms Must get ultrasound [whole abdomen ] and liver enzymes .... better to take consultation and then proceed

Gastroenterologist concerns required asap.most likely its due to gastritis/ gerd .take ppi like pantop dsr and antiemetic drug like Ondasetron before 30 minutes of food intake.
