Pain in the area just below diaphragm
I am facing a little tightness and pain on applying pressure in the stomach area just below the diaphragm...it feels like it's obstructing something in the food pipe just where it opens into stomach and sometimes gives symptoms like acid reflux.
Please suggest if any test is needed.
No medical history
Currently on the obese scale with a bmi of 27-28. Was inactive physically for a while due to leg injury but have resumed physical activities like walking 6/7 kms per day

Get a ultrasound whole abdomen , aud upper GI endoscopy done.
