I am suffering from gerd I used to eat 4 to 5 times rice and good food a day. I have gained weight I am weighing 84 kgs I am 20 kgs over weight. I have decided to reduce weight by doing calorie deficit today is my third day on diet. I am eating 4 to 5 times like before basically more vegetables and fruits along with reduced amount of rice. But I see difference my stomach is slightly burning I am scared if my gerd will come back and again I have to go through the bad old days where I had very bad symptoms, any suggestions as what can be done to prevent gerd coming again in fullform.
