Mild Stomach ache just before going to washroom, frequently going to  bathroom (potty) , pressure and mild pain in anus, stomach bloating after eating

My brother is feeling burning sensation in stomach. He is not able to pass stools. Can anyone help me.

My doctor recommended me Ursocol 300 twice daily, after meal for his Fatty Liver, Abnormal LFT and dull protuding pain in right side. Can I take Ursocol 600mg SR once as a replacement , for convenience and save some bucks too? Is it advisable to add Nusam 400 also and what benifits does it provides in NAFLD/NASH?

Dear sir/mam, My father had inflamatory bowel disease for 8-10 years and before 7 years, he underwent an operation to remove the large intestine (inflected area) He is currently doing good but has frequent bowel movements because of the operation and is dealing with weight loss He also takes prescribed sleep medicine because of sleep deprivation Is it safe for him to get vaccination for covid? Stool is not getting clear. Too much gas and burps. Pain on pressing around abdomen. No pain as such internally.

Dad has tendency to dysentery.Since today's morning he had diarrhea..8 times liquid poop..last one with mucus..with it he had fever with 101.6°F temperature at morning & 101.9°F at evening..He has taken medicine O2 two times along with 2 paracetamol 650..now temperature is 99.7°F. Any further medicine should he take? What foods should we provide to him? Is this related with any serious disease? Please answer..

It's been 1 and half month since she discharged from hospital she had 6 remdesiver and 1 tocilizumab injection in hospital everything was fine after discharge and she is doing great but since 3-4 days she is saying she doesn't feel eating and having feeling if she eat more than 1 or 2 roti she will vomit this problem start after her all medications are stopped like rivaroxaban 10mg , she is eating beng-m for diabetes as her sugar increased after steroids and now it's controlled her sugar is pp 91 and after food 148 ... So what could be the problem she is having now ? Not able to eat properly having feeling of vomit ...
