Good morning Sir My Sister is suffering from Piles. She is using medicine Venorich from 4 days. Now She is suffering from blood bleeding while passing stool, Feeling mild spasm and acidity. 1  year ago She suffered from Piles but recovered from that. She is also taking medicine of rheumatoid arthritis like HCQ 300,Folitrax2.5 and Folvite. Please prescribed medicine for stopping piles bleeding before passing stool. Thanking You🙏

Due to lockdown and less physical activity , I decided to eat bit less and eat early. So I started having dinner before 6.30 PM and sleep around 10 pm . I am having a glass milk before going to bed. I am following this for past few days i.e week. But from last few days I am unable to sleep as I feel my stomach bloating and it is effecting my sleep. Earlier I used to have dinner at 9 pm Do I need to change timings or any medication is required. Kindly suggest. Note : I walk atleast 3000+ steps after having dinner daily.

Facing problems with gas, body pain for the last 15 days. Earlier facing chest pain but now uper back body pain with shoulders and also always feeling uncomfortable.

After he has tested positive he was doing okay. But after 4-5days into covid he had develop a stomach discomfort whenever he eats and how small portions he eats. My sister has a chronic problem that she has been delaying to get checked by a doctor due to the covid situation. Here's the story in her own words: 'I am feeling pain in the middle of my chest and in the throat and stomach. It feels like the same pipe connecting all the points, is paining, it feels like irritation and sometimes pain is also in the back, right behind the chest. I feel it after having food and even when i don't eat at all.' So could you think of anything that this discomfort might possibly be related to or the reason behind this?

Dear doctor, I have had a problem with ibs for a year.  Normaxin was preferred by the doctor after assuming my symptoms.  I have no problem after eating it daily morning before food. My doubt is If any side effects for taking normaxin tablet (1-0-0) in my daily life for IBS. If any alternation ? Give suitable reply pls. symptoms.

Sir my wife is having multiple calculi. largest being 6mm. C.b.d. is 4mm. So what should we do is there any cure for this without surgery in any field Ayurveda, homeopathy???
