Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello, I have been getting severe stomach pains due to bloating and gas occasionally. This has been happening once a month on a average from the last 1 year. Haven't seen any common food patterns but eating a little bit of gassy food seem to trigger it. The stomach pain is very severe and sharp towards the lower right abdomen. The severe pain usually lasts for 3 hours or so and the pain can be felt for the next 2 days. I have been taking probiotics daily and micro fibre occasionally but they don't seem to help at all. Please help.

I am experiencing the following symptoms: 1. Gas formation and Pain in between the ribs and the mid back 2. Bloated stomach I have also been taking Himalaya's Yashtimadhu since one month, which reduced chest burn but the other mentioned issues still exist.

Suffering from gastic for las one month. Taking medicine. No relief. In night lot of gas problem and not passing gas.

My father is experiencing pain below ribs and severe backache from sometime and digestion related issues.

My brother has taken out spleen in one accident before 13 years ago. Now he can take Corona vaccine???

I have been taking probiotics for last 1.month and stopped per doctor advise. Now my stool color changed a bit.. Little pale in color. Please advise if the attached stool color is normal. I have been struggling with gastritis and likely ibs for last 2 years and better off late. But stools are inconsistent for months... Mostly loose (not diehorrea thought) and sometimes normal. Attached is the stool color after stopping probiotics. Please advice if this is normal(last 2 - 3 days)

In yesterday evening, having pain in lower left quadrant of abdomen. Intensity of pain change. Lots of eructation every 5-6 min and gas flow is very minimal. I feel the pain similar to muscle cramp especially when pressure is applied with hand and heavyness over the entire stomach.

Facing trouble with blood dysentery for last 2days,had fever also now gone,poty not getting cleared,stomach pinching and uncomfortableness.

My father has issues with passing stool. In general the stools are hard. Since past 5 days he was getting no stool. He started taking laxative. Now he is passing stool. But they are still hard. Also it is not fully satisfactory. Moreover he got herpes postule in abdomen since 4 days. He is on antiviral and Pan D medication since then. Is this stool problem a cause of worry?

My father was diagnosed with Perforated Gall Bladder with Calculus with Right Subhepatic Abscess. Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy was performed with Drainage of Right Subhepatic Abscess and Repair of Bile Duct on 23rd Feb 2021. The bile drain was gradually decreasing from 100 ml to 5 ml for 1 month but from 28th Mar 2021 it again increased alarmingly and Bilirubin Test revealed Bile Leak. As suggested by gastrosurgeon, ERCP was performed and a plastic stent was implanted on 3rd Apr 2021. It has been more than 1.5 month after ERCP, but the bile drain amount is not getting reduced, instead it is increasing with each passing day. It is currently 200 ml in 24 hours. The stent was to be removed after 4weeks of ERCP. The date has passed but as the drain has not reduced, the stent could not be removed yet. What needs to be done in this situation? Why is the bile amount not decreasing? What is the normal time expected for the bile amount to get reduced/stopped after ERCP?
