I am experiencing extremely hard and painful stools. My diet is normal with very less junk food, probably once a week and I drink enough water. But the problem still persists.

I feel a constant pain at the middle part just below my chest and it increases when I swallow food.It has be 2 days since I am feeling this.What to do?

I went for Upper GI endoscopy in 2018 and there I saw that the endoscope's head was of black color and recently I went for endoscopy and saw that the head of endoscope in which camera is attached is of silver-grey color and the head was quite hard to touch and not flexible. Are both these endoscopes different from one another? If yes, then can the endoscope with silver-grey head prove to be more lethal for endoscopic procedures as it's head is harder than the other one whose head is black as it can cause perforation etc. Also see images attached.

Hi, I am a 32 years female. I am 5 feet 6 inches in height and weigh 68 kgs. I get hungry within a hour of waking up in the morning. Even after having a full meal, I get extremely hungry in another 3 to 3.5 hours gap. This hunger feels extreme where I feel uneasy to wait even a bit more and I have noticed this especially during the daytime. I also occassionally get cranky/irritated when I am hungry. Is there anything specific to my body type or otherwise which might be worth a concern? Should I do anything specific about it? Appreciate you guidance.
