My bilirubin is a bit high along with SGOT N SGPT. Both are beyond limit. Also I have fatty liver problems since long without much complications

I feel short of breath sometimes when I feel gas in my stomach.Whenever there is gas ,I feel chest congestion and after the gas released ,it feels good and the problem generally occur in summer , especially very hot day.I had to take long breath when there is gas. What should I do?

I have ibs since childhood sometimes loose stools sometimes constipated i got all my test done stool and urine blood cbc kft lft all were normal sometimes i feel like marood aaray hai in my  anus inside and outside jaisai kaday nechoodtay hai after washing waisai he since childhood i am feeling this problem kabhii b aatai hai and then i can't even stand or sit at that time but then it goes away in seconds I don't see any change in stool colour or any blood and then i calm down and hold my breath and i stay in the same position and then marood goes away.is it because of any sitting position which pressures my anus like Indian toilet seat we have that kind of toilet seat and i strain alot as i am constipated and i usually make rotis in the same positions.i am very worried is it serious

Whenever i eat some Oily food i suffer from Indigestion and Continuous Blurping.. I am taking SAMPRAZ T Medicine for My Gastro Problems But i am not getting any results.. there are sudden Chest Pains in My Right and Left Chest sides and The Pain Comes and Goes away after some time... when i Breath Intensively My Right and sometimes Left Chest Side Pains .. Please Suggest Me what Specialist should i see 1st.. a Gastro or Cardio? I am already taking Some medicines for My Liver as i have Fatty Liver.. urdiogem 300 Colospa X But Still Not getting any Good Results

Hi, The problem I am having is that I need to go to the toilet around 4 times a day. The stool is yellowish brown in colour and it is semi solid, more towards the liquid side but not completely watery. I had similar problems 2 years back but back then I used to have pain in the stomach, bloating and excessive flatulence. The doctor had advised Rifagut and Razo D medicines. The situation improved but I am seeing the symptoms again. The current problem is only in the number of times I need to visit the toilet. I don't have any associated pain or flatulence/bloating.

Hii last seven days I was suffering from not eating anything nausea muscle weakness and my covid reports are negative I give blood samples my Bilirubin direct is 0.5 and Bilirubin indirect is 0.30, SGPT 54.8 SGOT 45.2 S ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE 175.1 & my ESR 50 what to do PLZZ suggest me assp ??? Suffering from jaundice from last 18 days and stool is black and thin, I'm taking medicines but still i do not feel comfortable, what should I do?

I recovered from covid one month back and was admitted in hospital for an week. since then i am having too much gas. I am taking gas tablet once a day since then. I am also having constipation, bloating and stomach ache above belly button from 2 days. Medicine i am currently taking: 1. Formoflo 250 inhaler 2. Ivabrad 3. Prulastin-M 4. pan 40.

I suffer gastric problem last 3/4 years and take many medicine by gastrologist but presently not relive in gas . Please suggest some . I recorded all my check up as endoscopy, CT scan , ultrasound etc
