Can someone please tell me what meals to take for a fatty liver patient? he is 57years old male and does not have any other disease. thanks

Two reports are attached, LFT N URINE. My bilirubin SGOT SGPT ALL ARE HIGH IN MY POST COVID PERIOD NOW. My urine having trace of protein n calcium. I got COVID positive on 23.4.2021 n got COVID negative on 11.5.2021 after treatment.

Hi ... Am suffering from acid reflux all the day for past 20days ... And also sore throat, my voice gone oly air coming ... Now am taking pantocid dsr and Sucrafil syrup... Acid reflux reduced but still sore throat n ear pain sply at night times.. What to do to overcome this prob.

He has been belching often before two days . He stopped drinking milk and then he was fine. Now again it has started . We did not take any antacids or medicines . Today we have brought gelicil antacid. Do we have to suspect covid. Iam afraid.

My body does not digest even a 10 percent of the total  food those I have eaten .I want gain my weight. I goes to gym and eating proper diet but no any increment in my weight . I have been suffering from symptoms like: stomach pain, excessive belching and hiccups, burning pain for several hours in anus after passing stool, loose stool that disintegrates when hits the water ( but not diarrhoea) for around 5 months but I don't experience any vomiting. I'm unable to eat spicy or fried food as they make my conditions worse. I took antibiotics (Azithromycin and tinidazole), antacids (polycrol) and pentaprazole but I haven't got any relief. I'm unable to get myself diagnosed due to corona. Please help me
