I have digestion problem,burp always coming.. Stomach get jealous...and bathroom issue,bathroom is not getting clear

My abdomen pains frequently...also i got dark green stools today..feels a bit like piuking...(upper stomach pain is on and off)..is sumthng serious or home remedies can help...pls suggest

Whenever I do gym and weightlifting then Sweet pain right side and upper right side of belly button extend straight right. And I feel some heaviness in right feet(below side).

I am suffering from chest pain in right side and center of the chest from last One month sometimes it's moves towards left chest and upper back. Then I am tested positive for Covid -19. Now I have tested negative two week ago. My ecg report is normal. I had taken Sompraz L and Sucral-O for 10 days. Today 10 days has been completed and I haven't take any medicine so may pain increased in chest. Also when I sallow a food I feel pain in chest also when I belch I feel chest pain. Please suggest How to overcome this.

My brother working in railway recentely he took covid vaccine covidshield on 23 April then after two weeks he felt gastrology problem and started also vomiting and slight fever..then he took covid antigen blood test that came negative then he took typhoid test then it came typhiod o positive result..also his d-dimer report came positive his d-dimer range was 1270 dat was bit high..then consulted local doctor for treatment of typhoid ..doctor gave him cefixime and ofloxacin tablets for day and night and also gave him injection of ceftriaxobe IP 1g of 1000mg..for five days..his medication has been completed..but after medication.. within interval of 2-3 days..he is feeling gastro problem .and sometimes he also do vomiting ..after vomiting he feels better...is it matter of concern...or is it symptoms of typhiod also..or side effect of hard doze medicine??. Or it is side effect of covid vaccine..??.wt to do..how to cure his gastroenterology problem ...
