  4. Lower abdomen pinch. Reasons for this.

Lower abdomen pinch
I get pinches in my lower abdomen ( now I have less frequent pinches from past 2 days as I am doing regular yoga). I even get sudden nausea accompanied by strange feeling in my stomach. I am even getting acidity sometimes. Please suggest me what can be the reasons for this.
