Hello, Your symptoms suggest a possible Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), more specifically Cystitis, which is an infection and inflammation of the bladder. It commonly causes lower abdominal discomfort and increased frequency of urination. The fact that your symptoms worsen with activity and improve with rest could also indicate pelvic adhesions due to your previous C-section, but UTI remains the most likely cause initially. Suggested next steps: Urine routine & culture to confirm infection Pelvic ultrasound if symptoms persist, to rule out other causes (e.g., ovarian cyst, post-surgical adhesions) Meanwhile: Drink plenty of water You may start a course of antibiotics (e.g., Nitrofurantoin, as prescribed by a doctor) Use urinary alkalizers for symptom relief If the pain increases, you develop fever, vomiting, or pain persists beyond 3–4 days, please consult your doctor in person. Take care!

Based on your symptoms you have urinary tract Infection especially Cystitis- that is infection and inflammatory of your bladder that leads to the pain in the lower abdomen. It is way more common in women. Take antibiotics and drink plenty of water You will recover in 3-4 days.

Based on your symptoms, it could be a mild urinary infection or something related to your past C-section, like scar tissue pulling during movement. Since the pain goes away when you lie down, it’s probably not an emergency, but I’d recommend getting a urine test and ultrasound. These will help us find out whether it’s a bladder issue, an ovarian cyst, or just muscular pain related to the surgery.
Next Steps
Urine test and ultrasound
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water and avoid heavy activities.
