Pinching Pain in stomach

I am experiencing pinching pain at a particular spot in my stomach for years, but it lasts only for seconds therefore I have been ignoring it. But as I can notice its frequency has increased from about a week. No swelling or marks are there. What could be root cause?

Hello, there are several causes for stomach ache, like acute gastroenteritis, gastritis - more commonly. Other causes are urinary tract infection, renal or gall bladder stones, hepatitis, appendicitis, constipation, colitis, pancreatitis , IBS, etc . please don't ignore this. To differentiate these causes you need to get examined first. Please consult a general surgeon.
