Pinching pain near naval
Pinchin pain observed 2inches to the right side of belly button (towards right arm side). Pain increases when a bit dehydrated or lying down in specific positions.

Mostly this could be nonspecific pain.  It may disappear in few days . If persist, do ultrasound to rule out kidney stones
