Hello, Lower abdominal pain, especially when associated with mild pain during urination, may be indicative of a urinary tract infection (UTI) or other underlying issues such as gastrointestinal disturbances. The medication you've been prescribed may help with gas and general pain relief but may not address the root cause if it’s related to a UTI or bladder irritation. It would be advisable to increase your water intake and get a routine urine test done to check for any infection or abnormalities. This will provide more insights and help guide further treatment. For a comprehensive evaluation and a tailored treatment plan, feel free to consult me directly. You can also reach me on WhatsApp at eight-zero-zero-nine-eight-two-one-three-three-two for any immediate concerns or guidance. Take care and feel better soon!
