My father was diagnosed with covid 35 days ago on April 15. During covid he had just loss of smell and fatigue. Post 10 days of covid he developed upset stomach which keeps on coming and going. Sometimes it is normal sometimes he needs to go 4 times in a day. Took a 5 day course of Rfigut tablet followed by rpidot. The problem was resolved for a week but again became prominent since yday. His LFT and KFT report looks normal. But in CBC it is low lymphocytes and neutrophils. Should I be worried about something serious..how long will this post covid issue continue.

I have hard tools always since many years. I don't pressurise tho but sit for a long time of 30-45 mins which has not led to any problems tho all this while. I have rectal bleeding seen in stools.
