Stomach ??????????????????????????

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Two Months before I drunk alcohol and slept in empty stomach next day I had tighter poop with blood and lot of pain later doctor diagnosed fissure and ano but past two weeks I have stomach cramps heartburn blood stains in poop and left chest pain sometimes?? I haven't had non veg for past 2 months !

U have very likely IBS...its a life style disease...it can recur often...if u have blood in stools better to get one sigmoidoscopy done...most probably fissure might have recurred or rarely hemorrhoids might be there...consume high fibre diet, drink lot of fluids , avoid non vegetarian and milk related products, do some regular exercise. U can take pefibre 2tsp in the night, syp looz 15ml hs, tab sompraz L twice daily before food
