Stomach Problems & Remedies

Since two weeks, I've an irritated throat whenever i wake up in the morning. This gets better as the day progresses. I have reduced intake of food and also do not sleep as soon as I eat. Other symptoms Choked nose Eustachian tube block Waxy ear I can swallow food and water without pain I have no hoarseness of voice I don't feel any acid taste or food regurgitating I feel some irritation only when swallowing saliva. Current medications are only multi vitamins. I've recently had a course of cefuroxime, doxycycline with proton pump inhibitors and aspirin. I'm confused as to if this is Gerd, silent reflux or post nasal drip Please help.

3 years back I have diagnosed with anemia In which there was a deficiency of vitamin b12 d3 and vitamin d . I am suffering from chronic kidney disease stage 4 which has been Diagnosed on last April and taking medicines & also in a diet but from the 1st day of taking medicines to till date, I am facing loose motion (like diarrhea) and also feeling uneasiness to take food. I was detected typhoid but it has been 18 days now. I am better. But my stomach is not. I am having loose stools and gas. I has been a been since this problem. I followed BRAT diet but no use.
