Stomach Problems & Remedies

My wife has shortness of breath from last 4 days with nausea, vomiting, constipation, head ache, nervousness, anxiety. All her vitals are good, including SpO2 (98%) and blood report. She is breast feeding mother of 2 month child. We have referred both medicine & gastro doctors and they are telling Anxiety issue. Is it something else or COVID. Please tell..

Actually I am suffering form dysentery since last 10 day I'm just eating normal food and eating Flagyl 2 times a day. But still I'm not getting any changes while having stools. I just go 4-5 times stool per day. Stool is just like creamy, Split also comes. I also want to loose weight so could you also suggest me the best thing that will reduce my hunger.

My mother is feeling uneasy while swallowing food and while deep breathing she can feel the obstructions too. It is in upper Esophagus.
