Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have this feeling of breathlessness , acidity and mild chest pain some times.. this is since past 4 years.. this keeps coming and going .. I just want to rule out whether it is gastritis or GERD or some other issues...

Whenever i go to washroom my faeces are loose and its happening for around 3 months now. And many times i got loose motions 3-4 times its affecting my health and weight as well. Also have stomach pain many times

Hi I am having mild chest pain, shortness of breath, sore throat  and heaviness on left side from last one year. I have done with Xray normal TMT - normal Ecocardiography Normal Endoscopy found ulcer and gastritis. Ultrasound fatty liver. I do not have much problem in doing physical work having manageable symptoms but condition becomes worst when I go to sleep and also after lunch or dinner if I go to bed. During rest position all symptoms becomes worst with choking sensation in my throat. Please suggest what to do and how to get rid of these symptoms. H pylori medication completed. Also I have taken DSR and proton pump inhibitors tablets live 52 and enzymes syrup but I have never got complete relief from these symptoms.
