Can I have Amway protein powder XS after exercise if my SGPT is 85 and my SGOT is 60 Please suggest I will be very thankful to you

Severe abdominal pain, blood in stools. I've been taking the treatment for the same from past 1.5 yrs, I'm on mesacol od tab. I got admitted twice last year and for the third time in march 2021. I had very frequent visits to the hospital. But the same hasn't been reducing. Iam vomiting everytime I eat, I lost 13kgs of weight recently as well. pain isn't reducing so is the bleeding. If pain seems unbearable I take tramadol( ultracet) . Also I've been on psychiatric drugs since last year for the depression. So kindly suggest drugs for reducing the abdominal pain, bleeding and vomitings . Had my colonoscopy done for 4-5 times with the biopsy which suggested active colities. And had my endoscopy done 4-5 times which had gastritis grade c .

Sir whenever I check myself my stomach By doing percussion I feel the loud bass sound from the stomach specially under the right side of the liver,So I am so worried that why my stomach makes loud bass sound whenever I check by hitting with the middle finger,is that tympanic sound sir and why that occurs all the time

Hi, I have attached my report of colonelscopy and biopsy so can you suggest me whether I cam consume beer or alcohol, However O am properly following my diet chart as prescribed. I have on medication of Mesacol-400 and Oson-O (anti-biotic) and one laxative liquid as I feel little bit pain while passing the stool. So I just want to that whether my hard drik in a month or so will affect my current situation and is there any side effects with hard drink or beer with my current medication. Please guide me. I accidently took two pills of mesacol OD after dinner. I took one pill just at dinner table and took another one forgetting that I had already taken one, after some time. Should I be worried ? Also during regular medication of mesacol OD my first urine in the morning is quite dark. I know it is due to the medication because the problem went away on stopping the medication. Don't worry I am on regular course of medication and will not stop my medication. On drinking more water at night, my sleep gets disturbed as I wake up to go bathroom once or twice. I take mesacol OD one tablet thrice a day. I do not take any other supplement and instead try to eat a well balanced meal and regular serving of fruits. Please advice.
