Severe Diarrhea from past 1 and half day. Took the following medicine. Nutrolin Loperamide Very frequent loose motion Water diarrhea

Hi from last 2 weeks am able to see blood in my stool..I was taking b12,and D supplements..it started after taking dolo 650 for my fever..then I drank more water and somewhat it got reduced but today morning am able to see red stool..yesterday I had watermelon except that I dint have any red color food..what could be the reason..?please help

I am suffering from intestinal gas ( flatulence) and hard motion. I feel as if my bowel is not emptied completely and because of that gas. My doctor prescribed dipep tablet ( 3 tablets a day). Do I have to take the tablet before food or after food.

Dear Doctor, I'm taking Pantadoc DSR tablet from last 14 day's 1-0-1, I was having regurgitation issues and chest burning🔥 feel, now I'm not having any such issue's except a kind of feeling of something stuck in food pipe in sometimes,and  gas upper movement sometimes , can I stop the tablet or do I need to continue same medication or can I take one tablet per day, it's day time or evening before dinner? Please guide me right plan

Doctor I have constipation problem since many years and it causes pain in my stomach every day Whenever I woke up in the morning ,pain will arises and due to this gas problem will occur. What can I do for permanent treatment of constipation

I am facing excessive gas ,I have consulted few top gastroenterologist in delhi but still there is no improvement I can feel it moving in my stomach even in my lower back,due to which I am suffering from frequent back pain chest pain(niddle) today I felt burning sensation in my chest . I have been taking antacids and anesthetic gel but there is no improvement.

All it happened was 2-3 days back when i took MMR vaccine and only one dose of ascazin tab in the morning by the recommendation of my dermatologist.I don't know if it's an side effect of either or only ascazin tab.I suddenly started feeling bloating and stomach tightness along with short-ness of breath.Till that day onwards I am suffering from these health ailments.Please doctor help me, as i can't keep it any further and bcuz of this I can't concentrate on my busy work, due to some amount of dizziness and blurry vision. I don't know if it's due to a drug named as ascazin or even a MMR vaccine which i took 3 days back.All it happened was 2 days back, when in the morning i took a zinc acetate tab named as "Ascazin" for treating my viral warts.In that same day's evening, i started suddenly panicking along with breathlessness and stomach-bloating.Please doctor find out the root cause of this discomfortness.Can it be a side effect of MMR vaccine too? As i don't have any sort of cold, fever or cough, etc.Will it be temporary or affect me life-long? Along with breathlessness i am having mood swings, faintedness or light-headedness, blurry type of vision. Please doctor help me with these health complications, as i can't hold it any longer!
