  4. Sore pain in stomach. Help me with that.

Sore pain in stomach
I have a severe  pain in my lower belly since morning , Medicines doesn't seem effective as well, stomach feels s bit hard and paining since morning.i have had a history of stomach infection as well . I don't know if it is stomach infection or due to acidity . Please help me with that. Thank you
