Ive got the HSV 1,2 IGG IGM test done after 4 months of exposure and it has came back negative .Is this test conclusive?

Hi doctor, My daughter's skin is a bit darker than her face and whenever she goes out in the sun it gets darker and her face colour also becomes one shade darker, could you please suggest any sunscreen and body lotion that can protect her skin without any harm.

My daughter had severe hair fall last year. Do not know what was the reason. She had become very thin after very high fever. And after 3 months hair fall started. Continued for a year. My daughter had a very nice and thick hair but now after a year her hair is still not like before. Hair fall is not present as I had been to dermatologist . My baby is almost 2 yr 8 month old . She is normal fair skin tone before. But now her skin tone becomes dark and tanned. I have been using tedibar soap for years.
