I have a patch bald hair fall issue I'm lost all my volume in my hair, Could you please suggest some genuine medicine which can cure my hair fall and help me grow back my hair like my old days. I'm doing home remedy but still no results I work in night shift so work pressure no proper sleep these all causing me more hair fall. I can't even tie my hair open hair nothing the patch bald and scalp is visible...I'm so much worried Please help me with some good medicine tablets, gel and shampoo

My 1.5 year old had 2 itchy spots on his trunk which he started scratching in March, which later developed into papules, grew in size and turned into a hyper pigmented plaques/lesions after applying topical corticosteroids for the past 2 months. One flattened and the other didn't and both are very itchy. He also had a secondary papular rash that started 3 days after the first 2 dveloped into papules and this rash was all over his body and super itchy which is brought under control upto 90% with topical corticosteroid usage for 5 weeks. I haven't applied any ointment on rest of his body except for the 2 big lesions in the past 3 weeks. Using vaseline to moisturize and wet wrapping to soothe his skin. He is still very itchy all over his body and tends to develop papular rash wherever he scratches. I'm forced to dress him in full sleeves and full pants through hot summer to prevent him from scratching. We haven't got any official diagnosis. What could these be?

Hello, I live in USA and have lots of budget issues for a consultation as a student with no income. I recently got a small common wart on my finger, no pain though! and I have had this on foot like almost 10 years ago' and I remember in India, doctor prescribed otc salicylic acid and I used it, over the time it went away.
