Ive got the HSV 1,2 IGG IGM test done after 4 months of exposure and it has came back negative .Is this test conclusive?

My daughter had severe hair fall last year. Do not know what was the reason. She had become very thin after very high fever. And after 3 months hair fall started. Continued for a year.
