Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My son is having boils with white head on face and chest skin . Please advise medicine or treatment.

My baby ,who is 15 months old, from few days scratching his bump skin. Even if diaper is off for the whole day, he scratches it . I continue to use the same body wash "the moms co's Natural body wash" AFTER 40 days of birth. On the affected area I sometimes apply diaper rash cream, powder sometimes to keep it dry and see what works. But the problem remains as it is. I am posting pictures of the affected area .

My baby is 22 months.. he got this type of rash.. can u tell me why he got this type of rash often.. and what med i can use for this so that the rash mark can go...

Hi, I am suffering from plaque Palmoplantar psoriasis, now taking Homeopathic treatment from last 4 months, not sure if I will achieve 100% remission. Looking at how effective treatment has come in medical science with new biologics, which is way too expensive. So is there a way to manage psoriasis with Methotrexate for next 20-25 years? Last time I had to get off Methotrexate because my Derm was not ready to accept that it was giving me a bad Diarrhea, I was at 15 mg per week with 6 day 5 mg folic acid.
