I have mole on neck which is black in colour but from past few months it is becoming painful. Pain felt just like a cut on skin. What treatment should be done for the moles. Also from past few months I have developed many tiny tiny skin tags on different part of body.

What is this patches?? Not itching , I have vitamin b12 deficiency 101.1 pg/ml  and vit d 18.23 ng/ml..

I consulted a dermat almost a month ago for acne scars and he prescribed me clindamycin and adapalene gel. I know they are used for active acne but they are not helping me in my hyperpigmentation. And I consulted him for hyperpigmentation only. I've been using eritop cream and adapalene gel for almost a month now with ahaglow fase wash but I'm not seeing any difference. I think it became worse as the scars are darker now. I bought the ordinary aziderm 10% suspension and alpha arbutrin serum on my own after research. What should I use

About 10 days ago I got itchy feeling on my left hand , and now I have this condition on my right as well. Left hand has more infection , right hand it has just started. I don't know what kind of infection it is. But it looks like dandruff and my skin has turned red. Please advise. What are the dos and donts. I will reach India only after 10 days , I don't want the infection to spread further. How do I tell if the infection is bacterial, fungal or viral ?
