Used aziderm 20 and now seeing some discoloration in face and affected area very dry...is it will go or leaves permanent dark colour please explain

My wife got a ringworm in 2018 on her cheek and it spread over different parts of the body over the years. Still the infection is there in the forehead, neck, back, thighs and legs. We consulted multiple dermatologists and skin specialists, and went under medications but the results only lasted for a few weeks. Tablets, soaps, creams and lotions everything is used but still the allergy is not completely gone. Due to this my wife is going under depression. Are there any blood or skin tests that identify the actual underlying problem? Please help guide us.

Hi Doctors , I have acne for more then 10yrs now. Earlier i had pcos. But i have checked recently my pcos is cured usg pelvis and total testosterone test came to be normal with no medication just diet control. I have been on doxycycline for 3 months for my acne. But it came back after 6month of acne free skin. Now am prescribed with isotretinoin 20mg. Looking at the list of side effects am a bit concerned to take it or not. Please suggest. I have fungal infection in groin and armpits for last 3 months . My dr have prescribed intraconozole 200 mg 2 times a day for 15 days . My ggt ( liver test ) is 84 . Is it safe to take this dose ?
