Is it possible to get herpes and to not pain when blisters come I was diagnosed with herpes and treated for the same but my reports came negative after 28 days of exposure. I'm very confused now

Hi, I am not really worried about this but rather curious. I wanted to get a professional opinion on this. I noticed a SINGLE GREY HAIR on my head, along with other normal black coloured hair. I am concerned about early greying but not much, although I would like to know the POSSIBLE CAUSES for the said issue. I have been diagnosed medically with vitamin b12, and d deficiency. Also I was diagnosed with ADHD and undergoing medication for all. As stress and depression generally is more likely to effect people with ADHD it might be a cause as I have all the symptoms but very rational and happy at when I want to be.. So I would be very glad for any advice and professional opinion that your community can provide, it would help me with this curiosity. Would love as many responses as possible, I would not like to consult further unless really required.

I shave my underarms every alternate days and i have pigmentation as well which cream should i apply to lighten it i have searched many roll ons but scared to use it as people say it will make the area more dark pls suggest a cream or anything to reduce the darkness
