Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Have got rash on right thigh from Last few weeks. It's itchy sometimes. Please suggest some medication/ cream.

He is having bedsore in his buttocks Seems like in Grade 2. We are using Air mattress . Side change T-Bact ointment wirh sterile gauge dressing What other tratemetn needed ?

White hard spots on hand. Itching is there. Not able to understand what this is. I got chicken pox in 2014 and then this later started happening. It had gone with medication but not don't know past 1month it's still there and not going with any medication. Pls help what is this. It feels hard and white in colour with lot of itching.
