Tiny spots of inflamed in skin itching very much and if scratched the liquid is released and the spots start to grow from elsewhere

I got chemical peel 2days back today my skin started getting peel off. I washed my face and then while applying moisturiser I peeled off my skin without my knowledge now it is looking very red and patchy. Doctor has given me only moisturiser and sunscreen. What should I do now I peeled my skin?? Will it remain same like redness or it will come back to normal skin. Please help me I'm worried..
