Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My wife had done a therapy called cryolyposis  and heat therapy for weight loss 2 months back and now 2 days back she had got a cut so she took tetanus injection but after taking that injection that area has got swollen,itching and hard from past 2 days.is this cryolypolisis therapy of fat freezing causing this hardness.what should be done next.are this both interconnected .
