I am facing hair loss and dandruff problem from last 1month can please suggest best way to get rid of it.

Dear sir / madam My leg has become red kind of skin peel no itching there are white small patches around it .Have got fungal infection in both legs near private parts ,it just started today skin has become red please check and suggest .

Starts with a bump with white mouth then blust and looks like acid or burnt...not much irritation and not crying all time

I have been suffering from this type of acne for almost two years. I tried salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and adapalene but it still didn't give any results. It appears to be less few days but again it gets back. I also observe a thing that when I take liver medicine like tonic it appears to be less but when I stop it comes back. Can you help me with permanent solution for this type of acne. Or what should I use or the steps. Please 🥺

I had my nose piercing done on 4th June 2024, and after a week a bump appeared ..do sea salt warm compress on it...it doesn't seem to be improving...it doesn't hurt but looks really bad :( I don't want to remove my piercing because this is the second time I've got it!! (The first try was bad) Please suggest what to do...
