Hi Dr, I noticed this very dry skin on my left hand. Suddenly since two days it was not present before I have attached a photo. I have no other disease or problem. Doctor I have cronic urticaria for the last 1.5 years .took so much medicine including steriod .but no cure as of now .last week I met a skin specialist and he prescibed me some medicine like Azaron 50 .I came to notice that this medicine have serious side effect like chances of cancer etc. Kindly confirm can I take this medicine for 20 days
