Hello, I've noticed horizontal dark lines on my nails developing since last two weeks. Right now it's on 2 fingernails. I have nail psoriasis since 2022 (not taking any medicine for that). I developed fungal infection on my right thumbnail and got treated for it in May 2024. Right now I'm taking medicine Benfica Forte for Vitamin B12 insufficiency and taking this medicine a little more than 2 months. I was diagnosed with dengue in May 2024 and got treated for it. Is the nail condition serious? Please reply, I'm very much worried. Please see attached pictures. Thank you.

Since  a month my  hand fingers are very sensitive and very soft . and upper layer skin is peeling. I can't lift heavy weight, while lifting it makes severe pain... I don't have itching... It's been 3 months now , I am going through pain under my heel ... When I walk I get that pricking pain...
