I have this scar on my both leg below knee from 2yr ...it's itching too much . What is this ? Is it something serious. Please suggest some lotion or medicine for it

Initially small but progresses to hard whitish mass. Not painful. I'm an athlete as well.

From last two days , I am having skin allergy specially on face .. itching, dryness.. I have a combination  skin... I consulted the doctor.. He gave me Cetaphil moisturizer DAM. After using the moisturizer my skin started burning.. but my doctor says it would burn a little.. no worries .. I am little concerned about the burning issue.

A small lump in my neck doctor prescribe me antibiotics after talking medicine lump was shrinked but after 5 after two small movable lump type something appear in different position of neck these feel only when I touch. I'm very confused what is this. If first lump shirinked after taking antibiotics so why new lump type thing appear in my neck.
