Recently got dandruff and hair fall happen,not able to control,i am using Dove hair fall shampoo but not ablr to control,please advise what to do

The above 2 tablets gave by my dermatologist so can you please help me out what it is for and uses of it and whether it is good one

In last 6 months my IGE levels moved from 1200 to 2600. I am seeing doctors and taking medicine but levels are not coming down. Bilastine 20 and Montelukast 10mg have been prescribed and I have taken them for 6 months. Still my levels are high. I have no other symptoms except sometime after taking food, Mosquito bite rashes appear on my body.

I have very less hair thinning on corners and when I shower my hair doesn't fall but I have some hair thinning in corners and I have family history of hair fall but today I have very less but some thining my doctor recently give me minoxidil finastride 5 percent topical but I did not want to use it daily as I have not very severe hair loss can I use it three times a week.
