Hair falling regularly what to do pls suggest.I have disappointed due to my hair fall .So pls give any solution or treatment to stop the hair fall.

I am a 19-year-old male. When I was 13 or 14, my skin tone was very fair and even across my entire body. However, over time, I noticed significant changes in my complexion. Different parts of my body now have varying skin tones. My face has become dark brown, while my chest remains fair. My stomach and back are noticeably darker. Additionally, my legs have an uneven tone, with one side appearing darker than the other. I am unsure why I have developed such pigmentation differences across my body.
