The doctor has prescribed me Aziderm 15% gel, Clindac A gel, Physiogel Hypolalergenic daily moisture therapy cream all at bedtime. Along with a sunscreen and moisturiser in the morning as well. However I'm confused about the night routine as to in which order should I apply the prescribed ointments at night

Hello doctors I have been facing acne problem for the last one year, I never had pimples before but may be because of using different creams , serums this problem started, Now when I start taking any treatment like tretanoin or sebonac gel i start getting more pimples, more pimples cause more acne marks and it feels frustrating. It feels like an endless project. My cheeks are full of dark spots now. I used to have a clear face. I don't apply anything now, just moisturizer and sunscreen. But how to get rid of these dark spots. Please help

I've developed tiny, white bumps on my face.  They're quite small and seem to appear mostly at night.  They aren't painful or itchy, and I've noticed them since less than 1 year . They're located on my chin, near eyebrows and bindi area, in between nose and cheek area. I'm concerned about what they might be.
