Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi sir/madam, I visited a dermatologist for mild hair loss in july'24, doc prescribed me oral minoxidil IP 2.5mg and minoxidil 10% lotion and a few vitamin tablets (Androfol-m, HHcal-trol, vitamin d3). I stopped the treatment after one month(Aug'24) of usage due to health issues. Moreover, I got to know that minoxidil must be used life long, I was unaware of this fact back then when I was using it. Now I'm losing more hair than earlier and my hair condition literally gone worse( scalp visibility). I don't have family history of baldness. Currently (Nov'24) I'm taking above mentioned vitamin supplements without minoxidil. I'm confused whether I'm in shedding phase( effect of minoxidil) or hair loss. Kindly suggest what to do

Are these sunspots or idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis? I noticed the first picture about a month ago and the second picture today. I use to run a lot during high school and never wore sunscreen. I only started wearing sunscreen this year. Not itchy, feels about the same as regular skin but maybe a little smoother. So what was it called ?? Is it any deficiency or anything else ?

So I was going water park and snow park with my friends on 25 sept and I found these spot on 15 Oct these Will remain same for 15 nov in size and colour so please tell what is it? Is it any fungal infection or any other thing although I have a good sun exposure and I am vegetarian and don't have a good diet always had junk in 1-2 days please tell what is it called? Is it any deficiency or anything else?

I have white spots- fordyce most likely on my lips. They don't hurt but have been there for years. Wanted to know if there is any solution for it

A month ago I got small pimples on both sides on my chin , they grow little get puss and dried of leaving pimples marks, sometimes they seem to reduce and then suddenly seems increasing. It already spread and reached my cheeks. Note I have dandruf Bowl movement once in 2 days. Recently started using vitamin c & turmeric face wash(also I tried not using it for 2 weeks but still getting pimples )

I am 25 years old and i am getting a lot of grey hairs...any suggestions, what to intake or apply, so that at least i can prevent them from growing more...? It really downgrades my confidence and also I don't want to dye them, as after dyeing it will only grow more...
