Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been facing skin rashes on my chest since 1 month. They look like tiny red bumps , not painful but little bit itchy. How to get rid of those and why it's appearing all of a sudden? Should I be worried?

Hello, I'm 33 years old man who noticed thinning of hair in the front and consulted a doctor. Doctor asked me to take hair supplements & suggested to use Minoxidil + Finasteride tropical solution. I have been using this for a while and I notice even after applying Minoxidil for a year, my hairs are still falling. Like when I wake up I see hairs on my pillows (I'm talking about 20-30 small hair follicles ) and even while combing these 30-40 hair shed off. Is this normal while taking minoxidil ? Also after I started using Minoxidil my hair is experiencing bad dandruff and flakes. I used anti fungal shampoo but they didn't work as good, any recommendations on how can I manage my dandruff while on Minoxidil?

I keep having irritation , eczema around scrotum area . The problem is since several decades. Have consulates many Dermotologist. It subsides but reoccurs . Please advise OTC medicines / lotion

My 5 month old son have eczema since birth. Would you recommend homeopathy treatment or allopathy treatment? Right now we are using topical steroids which doing well but as soon as we take a break the rebound effects are very strong. I can't keep going with the steroids forever and need to know will my 5 month old will ever get better? My husband have some type of eczema on his hand since the COVID. Will do the allergy test on him to see what changed but he never had eczema before the COVID. I have been experiencing several raised bumps over the hand and knees parts as shown in the figure. I have a long term skin issue about 7 years. These bumps are new as that started noticing them and they are increasing in number. In the last week I had an insect bite over the finger region and it became bumpy blisters type.
