You might be suffering from Allergic Contact Dermatitis to hair dye. Hair dye/ henna/ other colouring agents often contain PPD( paraphenylene diamine ) which can cause these reaction. Avoid using hair dye/ henna etc. Consult with a dermatologist to help you with the present condition. There are safer PPD - free dyes available in the market which ypu can try, but only after the present condition is treated.
Many patients feel itching and redness after dye application beacause of dye content there is allergic reactions develops ok skin on face neck it won’t go away but may sometimes worsen take proper treatment for this and avoid dye use ppd and ammonia free dye
