Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I noticed a small dark spot on my penis glans last week, it is very small, round in shape, flat and has not changed.

My 5 month old niece recently developed 4-5 small red spots on her right side of the face (refer image). She hasn't gone out of the house, however we do have a lady who bathes her twice or thrice a week, she works as a cleaner at multiple houses. Is this something of concern?

I have this small granules like acne in genital area.one acne on shaft and three on between testicle n penis area. Its not painful.Its since almost 6 months but at same size.Is it serious issue ? ( I am not sexually active ) Appreciate any suggestion .
